By placing an order with S-Graphic Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your design or making a purchase.

1. Custom Designs & Copyright Responsibility

You confirm that any design, logo, photo, or image you provide is either your own or that you have full legal permission to use it for personalisation purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, designs related to sports teams, brands, copyrighted characters, or other trademarked content.

You, the customer, accept full responsibility for the use of any submitted materials.

S-Graphic Designs is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements resulting from designs submitted by the customer.

If you submit protected content without the required rights or permission, you do so entirely at your own risk and take full legal responsibility.

2. Right to Refuse Orders

S-Graphic Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe the submitted design may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws. Orders may also be declined if the content is offensive, hateful, or inappropriate.

3. Payment & Processing

All custom orders must be paid in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.

Production begins only after payment is received.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the current production queue. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the selected delivery method.

We use trusted postal or courier services to deliver your items securely.

S-Graphic Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

Import Duties & Taxes :Please note that in some countries, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply when receiving your order. These charges are determined by local laws and regulations and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

S-Graphic Designs has no control over such charges and cannot predict or influence them.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly.

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, we do not share your personal information with third parties, unless required to do so by law.

Your contact details and order information are only used to process your request and communicate with you about your order.
