Refund policy

We take pride in producing high-quality custom products tailored to each customer. As most of our items are made-to-order, we ask that you read our return policy carefully.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any item that has been custom-designed, engraved, printed, or otherwise personalized based on your request.

By placing an order, you agree that the design is your responsibility and that returns will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items Only)

For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union and is not a custom-made product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. All other return conditions still apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
